HandmakeLuckyFursuit Shipping Policy

 

1. Shipping Notification & Final Payment
Once your product is completed, we will notify you to pay the remaining balance. After we receive your final payment, we will initiate the shipping process immediately.
If the customer fails to pay the balance within 30 days, we will consider it a voluntary waiver of the current delivery, and the order will enter the processing flow.

2. Insurance & Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before shipping, we will confirm your recipient details and insure your product. A professional inspection will be conducted by the insurance provider to ensure full coverage during transit.
Insurance covers common risks during transportation (such as loss or major damage) but does not include issues caused by incorrect address or negligence in accepting the delivery.

 

3. Delivery to Logistics Center
Once the product passes inspection, it will be sent to the logistics center.
The logistics center will handle packaging, reinforcement, waterproofing, and other preparations to ensure safe international shipping.
This handling process typically takes 5–10 days.

 

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframe
By default, we use secure shipping channels partnered with our insurance provider, primarily sea freight.
Standard delivery takes approximately 20 business days.
Most countries are eligible for home delivery. In remote areas, customers may be required to pick up the package at a designated location.
Due to recent customs procedures and force majeure events (such as holidays, natural disasters, political/military conflicts, large-scale strikes, etc.),
the overall delivery timeframe is estimated at 20–35 days after shipment.
Sea freight tracking is available daily on the logistics provider’s website, though real-time updates are not supported.

 

5. Express Shipping & Air Freight Options
If you need expedited (air) shipping, an additional fee will apply (USD $100–$500 depending on components and destination).
If you select air freight, we will use major international carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Estimated air shipping times are 3–7 business days, or 7–14 business days for special destinations.

 

6. Surcharge for Special Destinations
Some specific delivery areas (e.g., Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Iceland, Hawaii) require an additional $150 shipping fee.
If your address is not listed above but is classified by the shipping carrier as remote or hard to access, a surcharge may still apply (we will notify you in advance and confirm before charging).

 

7. Arrival Notification & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send an email containing the estimated delivery date and tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to check the status of your package either on our tracking page or the logistics carrier’s official website.

 

8. Confirmation of Delivery Information
Please double-check the recipient’s name, address, and phone number.
If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us before shipment.
Once shipped, delivery information cannot be modified.
HandmakeLucky is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate and complete. Customers will be fully responsible for any losses or returns due to incorrect input.

 

9. Pre-Signature Inspection
Upon receiving the package, please inspect the exterior and the contents to ensure everything is in good condition.
If you notice any damage, do not sign for the package and contact us immediately.
If the courier refuses to let you open the package before signing, we recommend taking photos of the outer packaging. If damage is found, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

10. Post-Signature Damage Claims
If damage is discovered after signing, sufficient written proof must be provided.
The claim process may take longer, and the insurer reserves the right to reject part or all of the claim.
Please keep all original packaging and provide an unboxing video or photos within 48 hours, otherwise the claim will be considered forfeited.


11. Return & Reshipment Due to Failed Delivery
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed status, the customer must cover the cost of reshipment.
Return handling may take 45–90 days. Please contact us as soon as possible for resolution.
